Innamincka
Arriving in Innamincka we saw many a traveler either picking up supplies of food, fuel, or having a feed at the Innamincka Hotel. For a place that doesn’t have many residents it certainly had a lot of people visiting it.

The Innamincka Hotel was fantastic with its main bar and bistro areas. It can certainly cater for a crowd.

The local Innamincka Trading post has most supplies a camper needs and the fuel was reasonably priced at the time. They are very helpful with information and can suggest a good place to camp
We headed over to the main campground by the river, ensuring we located ourselves within walking distance of the pub. This made a great spot as we were soon setup then and relaxing with a few beers in the pub. They even had some live music which was nice. I decided to have a steak from the bistro for dinner, not having to cook was awesome.
After spending the night in Innamincka we headed for Cordillo Downs.
